Speakers
We have several speakers, hosts and workshop facilitators lined up to join us, and as we develop our plans and concrete timetables, we’ll let you know these name details too!
Tammy brings a passion for lifelong followers of Jesus to every aspect of her ministry. She is an international speaker and author with both a theology and teaching degree, currently studying for her PhD in intergenerational ministry.
Her research is backed up by extensive experience, over thirty years in ministry helping churches and leaders facilitate “lifelong intentional, relational holistic environments where the generations do life together.”
As the founding Pastor of an Intergenerational faith community and leader of Intergenerate Australia and New Zealand, she’s journeyed up close with those rethinking what it means to grow in God together and embrace an intergenerational way of being. She knows first-hand the transformational impact of people of all ages coming together to grow deeper in God.

Dan Buttar is an old army soul who has followed God and stayed close to Him time and time again. Living in Levin now with his wife Rebecca, daughter Eliana and soon another baby – he is working with Alpha on their regional team and deeply entwined with their church, Life Changers.
He’s been a youth pastor, young adults pastor, and a writer of his very own devotional book. Dan speaks with kindness and encouragement , always leading people back to Jesus. There’s no way you leave feeling unseen, unheard or unincluded after a chat with Dan.
We’re thrilled he will be spending time with us on the Saturday!

Jesse alongside her husband Ben and with their daughter Madison are Salvation Army officers, currently living and serving in Thames.
As a teenager, Jesse had a growing sense in her heart that God was leading her to be alongside the vulnerable . This led her on mission trips, serving in the local church, training as a nurse, working in a prison and then into Salvation Army officership.
Through each of the ups and downs in her journey, Jesse believes that God has been and continues to be so good! She loves Jesus, hiking, Aroy, adventures with friends, Muffin Break and the Warriors (with which she continues to keep the faith).
She’s stoked to share in this weekend with you all, and believes with all her heart that God sees, hears and includes the next generations.
